In a new chapter of Play’n GO’s Norse mythology-based tales, siblings Thor, Loki and Freya meet under less than ideal circumstances: Thrym, the powerful Ice King of Jotunheim has stolen the Mjölnir, and in exchange for its return, he demands Freya’s hand in marriage. As part of this story, it will be up to Thor and Loki to find a way to retrieve the legendary hammer of the God of Thunder, without involving his sister. Of course, Loki has a trick up his sleeve, Thor will disguise himself as Freya and enter the kingdom to retrieve the hammer and escape in time, which is not as easy as it seems.
With this story, Play’n GO once again offers a new chapter in its Tales of Asgard series. Within the game, free spins are triggered by three Scatter symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5. Here, Thor is revealed on the fifth reel as a Stacked Wild, and with each Free Spin, Thor takes a step to the left until he finally exits the reels. Behind Thor, the reels spin chaotically, mimicking the battle between the characters in the narrative.
In previous titles we have seen Odin protecting Asgard against the kingdom’s enemies and Loki doing his best to steal the throne of Asgard, but Play’n GO has taken a new direction, adding a dash of humor to its Norse Mythology series with this latest edition.
This includes illustrations, which take on a more comedic style to bring a new approach to these games, and complement the narrative. Players will see Thrym come across the screen throwing confetti, and looking more than a little disgruntled, as well as Thor in the wedding dress.

Our previous titles have featured family feuds and battles to protect the throne, but in this game we wanted to bring the characters together in a more intimate setting, giving players a new flavor on the dynamics of this somewhat bizarre family. What’s more fun than seeing Thor in a wedding dress?” she finished.
